Southern Pride is the industry leader in commercial Rotisserie Wood Burning BBQ Pits and Smokers. We have 8 models available that range from holding 200-2,000 lbs of food at one time. We have 2 Electric models, the DH-65 which has a steam element and steam pan to add moisture to the cook cycle (mainly used for cooking ribs) and the SC-200 which performs more like a traditional smoker. Both use wood chips and run solely off of electricity and do not have a rotisserie in them. All of the ovens in our gas oven line use either LP or natural gas as the main heat source and use wood logs to produce the smoke flavor. The gas models all utilize a rotisserie system to self baste the product to ensure they come out as juicy and flavorful as possible. They are also all thermostatically controlled, use a convection fan to circulate the smoke and heat, have a fan cleanout door to make cleaning the fan blade easy, and are made with polished stainless steel.
