Come join us at our office for a diner themed equipment show February 7th & 8th from 9:00am-5:00pm
The show will be the same both days where you will have the option to walk around and view; equipment demos, a sample chain kitchen, new equipment, serving counters, how to work with commodities, and counter presentation strategies.
Factories participating include: Hobart, Vulcan, Baxter, Counter Craft, Duke, American Panel, Hatco, New Age, Southern Pride, Hobart Services, Traulsen, and Berkel.
Lunch will be provided by two local Dallas food trucks.
As a special guest, Chef Homaro Cantu will be presenting!
Chef Cantu is heralded as one of America’s most daring chefs as he pushes the limits of known taste, texture, and technique in a stunning futuristic fashion.
Also in attendance, Chef Chris Jones–one of the top 6 finalists on Bravo’s ‘Top Chef’!
